I'm still a little confused. You mentioned you don't have a Stripe account, right?

I never set up Stripe with Stripe. When I logged in to HFC platform it says to set up payment with Stripe. I clicked that button and it brings me to a page that says log in to Stripe. I go to log in and it says that when I try to log in that this account is mobile verification. Then it says Stripe will send me a verification code to my phone number. I never received a verification code and clicked resend verification code, nothing popped up. I then tried to log in to Single Sign On and it says this account uses mobile verification. To use support Stripe also requires logging in to an account. I assumed that HFC set up Stripe

#

then I looked into setting up a new Stripe account in case Home From College did not already set it up for me and Stripe says that my email address is taken and I can't log in without mobile verification and 2FA. I don't have 2FA

Got it, thanks for the details. Our support team is still best equipped to handle this. If you didn't already share this level of detail with them in your previous messages to them, I recommend filling this form out again and including the details above: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email

Hello! I'm taking over and catching up...

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you with this issue here. You need to talk to either Stripe Support or Home From College support in order to move forward.
