we are using stripe API calls

if i enter correct card number ,wrong CVV expiry date and year then its deducting the amount but actually in this situation it needs to show error msg right

For ex i am sharing the screen short in that CVC check : pass showing but actually i provided wrong details except card number

Then it is up to the issuing bank to decide whether they will authorize the transaction based on the information that was provided, that is not a decision that is made by Stripe. If you have questions regarding an authorization decision that was made by your bank, you will want to reach out to them for insight on that.
