sounds like you can't do anything really but wait. Maybe if it's something you're prepared to do, you could create and charge a separate PaymentIntent for card, and then mark the Invoice as paid(https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoices/pay#pay_invoice-paid_out_of_band) if that succeeds, but I don't think I'd recommend that.
