Does it exist a limit on number of payment methods cloned on stripe connected account?
AFAIK there aren't any limits
If i clone a customer on connected account, then I will clone the payment method, what's happen if the account is disconnected and reconnected again? Cloned customer & payment method are still valid?
I'm inclined to say yes, because once you clone the customer/PM to the connected account the objects are created on the Connected Account and they belong to the Connected Account now

you don't need to because they are already there, on the Connected account
once you clone the customer/PM, they are a separate entity belonging to the Connected Acccount
