heya, we discussed this before 😆 the summary was that there's no great workaround really

i suggested that you implement your own billing logic instead of using Stripe's Subscription. Stripe's Subscription / Billing product just isn't built for your use case unfortunately

the other option we suggested was to use a one-off invoice to charge beforehand, then transfer the paid funds into the customer balance so the the recurring invoice will deduct those funds from the customer balance when the renewal date comes around
