This request was made by acct_1HkA21GTRkj2DqNV, but the customer you are trying to retrieves belong to a different Stripe account.
So it's expected to fail.

How should this be rectified.
I mean - we have existing users on the platform that are attached to this stripe account, and we dont even have access to the account(we can't even deduce who the account belongs to).

so How do I make existing users update their payment info with the new stripe account

if you don't have access to the old account or it's old API keys there's not really going to be a way you can re-use those old customer details

can you prove you own the account? If so, you could contact support and ask for a customer copy from one account to another. https://stripe.com/docs/account/data-migrations/pan-copy-self-serve?copy-method=full#get-stripe-support

I have the Old API keys, but I dont have access to the old account but I have the API keys.

well then if you want to charge that customer you can only do on that old account, using their old API keys

if you absolutely need to do the payments on the new account instead, then as I mentioned, you can ask for a data copy
