I'm creating a Checkout Session, rather than a SetupIntent, so that the user has some UI to provide their payment details

If you don't pass the payment_method_types parameter it should be using automatc payment methods.

I see, it's supported for standalone-SetupIntents but not for Checkout Sessions yet, unfortunately. Sorry for confusion
