https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button?client=html#verifying-your-domain-with-apple-pay did you go through this step to verify your domain with Apple Pay?
Shopify does not allow us to add the file to a specific location like this /.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association on your site.
Then I'd suggest you to check with Shopify.
I tried and they said I need to contact Stripe support.
I'd suggest you to push back and send them the link that I shared earlier
I am able to add the file but the url goes like this: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0761/4975/2110/files/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association?v=1687148159
No, this is not a URL that Apple Pay accepts.
Ok. I checked some foruns and this seams to be a problem between shopify and stripe for about 4 years now. There's nothing Stripe could you do about it? :/
I don't think this is something that Stripe can help with since the file is hosted in Shopify.
Stripe says I need the file to be at https://en.loftmasculino.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association
I managed to add the file there, but it continues to show the error in verirication step
You do not have the correct file hosted at https://en.loftmasculino.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association. To verify with Apple that you control your domain, you must host this file: https://stripe.com/files/apple-pay/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association. For more information, see https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button#verifying-your-domain-with-apple-pay.
Can you share with me your merchant ID? you can find it from the Stripe Dashboard -> Settings ->Account Details
acct_1FgwPOH8TxDrcwkY
OK. I don't see you added any Apple Pay domain in this account.
Where did you get the error that says
Ok, I know the problem
The file that you uploaded is different from the one downloaded from Stripe https://stripe.com/files/apple-pay/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association
It's the same file
I just check the checksum, they are different.
