Stripe doesn't send email in test mode. In live mode, email will be sent to the customer
I am in live mode, and made a payment
its around 16hrs now but haven't received an email
Also when transaction fails, is there a dunning process via email to change payment method etc?
In https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic, you may configure to send customer email to update failed payment methods
