You can use third party tools to estimate

How do you recommend doing min payout amounts in that case?

Base currency on our platform is USD. So if user wants to make a payout he/she need to indicate USD so we can transfer that amount to his/her account.

Then the conversion happens and it might turned out that with current exchange rate it's less than minimal payout amount

Yeah so you'd need to wait until the account's balance is sufficient prior to paying out

You can retrieve the balance before paying out if you're doing manual payouts
