I see a place to update the tax ID at both of those links you shared

I do not get redirected at the first link

And in the invoice template settings it's at the very bottom of the page

If you aren't the account's admin user that may be why

No problem. Yeah updating the tax id is something we'd most likely restrict to the account-holder
