the user has been trying with different cards and it doesnt go through
so was wondering with "Add to allow list" will help in this case?
If the payment was declined by the bank there's nothing Stripe can do. Please ask them to try another card or contact their bank.
they have checked with the bank, and the bank replied nothing wrong from their side.The same card works with other gateways as well.
Could you please share the PaymentIntent ID pi_xxx?
From what I see, there's nothing wrong in your integration. The card was rejected by the bank and it suggested they might try using it again later.
Is it the only instance or does it happen to other customers?

I don't think Stripe can help here, unfortunately. We just show you what we receive from the bank.
