I'm afraid it's not possible to check if the payment method is setup for future usage from a given payment method ID. If a payment method is saved, you should be able to find it in the customer attached to it

But can we charge from that method as off session in future?

How did you create the payment method? If the payment method is created from Setup Intent or Payment Intent with setup_future_usage, then yes

We are trying to collect payment method details by customer choice. If customer check mark up to allow this card details for future usage, then we will store in that way.

After that, we want to show only those payment methods to our system which setup with future usage. If customer adds 2 cards, 1 without future usage & 1 with future usage. So how we can filter out to show in out system.

If the payment methods are saved to Customer, you can retrieve them with List a Customer's PaymentMethods API: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_methods/customer_list

For those payment methods that aren't saved, they won't be returned
