If this is the first time you're seeing this, then it's possible it's an issue on our end. If you see these all the time then there might be some sort of blocking happening on your end, perhaps some strict firewall rules?

Either way these requests have no effect on your Stripe integration, so you can safely ignore them or disable them entirely as specified in that doc I sent over
