We want to change the font style , alignment and the whole layout

you can change the font style. Alignment and layout would depend specifically on what you intend to change it to. Have you gone through that page? It provides some examples and also details what is possible

maybe not entirely. For example, the logo placement in your new look isn't possible

the rest of it, you'd probably have to play around with the appearance API, i think it may be mostly possible

You may ignore the Logo placement and the Klarna text but here are the things we want -

the font of payment options name and the font of the message 'After submission, you will be redirected.....' should be as per our new UI.
The width of the whole element might need to be increased as per our new UI.
The grey color in each payment method tab should be as per our new UI
The radio button style should be as per our new UI
