I'll explain my usecase

Alex,
User having connect account to receive the transfer while processing the fee using card
using param transfer_data

Currently our connect having default one external account but we're expanding the feature to use multiple external account and user can switch the default for connect transfer process

By using the feature in Stripe

While user switch the external account as default bank/external account while he having multiple external accounts, I have to make sure the newly added bank is verified one before allowing him to switch

because the statuc of the bank account seems new

is it possible to tranfer the amout or payout while that bank account status is new ?
