You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

I'm afraid that PaymentIntent id doesn't belong to the account id you provided. I'll suggest asking your customer if they are sure they have contacted the right merchant

I took over this account from the previous business owner. The previous owner of the account is Hannah Jackson. I have had payments before, but just not this one...
