I mean you could have the first Invoice with an extra one-off item, alongside with the regular recurring item. The step here https://stripe.com/docs/billing/invoices/subscription#first-invoice-extra

ah, okay. Well I suppose that's something to bear in mind going forward. I don't believe it applies to me currently however, but thank you for highlighting it.
