We have a business_type called individual , if you designate your accounts as individuals they should only be prompted for info that makes sense for freelancers https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/object#account_object-business_type
You can preset some of this info via the API though exactly what you can set varies by account type. We designate this in our doc by saying things like "CUSTOM ONLY" next to properties that can only be set for Custom accounts and so on. https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/object

could this be ? we are based on UAE. not in usa. so maybe stirpe does not allow us to send payouts to individuals, stripe only supports companies .is that possible ?

Do you get an error if you create an account with business_type=individual?
If so can you send me the full error response that you are getting from our API?

could you check thisis the case? since i read in somewhere in your docs, this could be the case for UAE

Ah I do see something about this in our support article for Connect availability in UAE https://support.stripe.com/questions/connect-availability-in-the-uae#:~:text=Any connect account holders will need to provide a valid trade license issued within the UAE as part of the verification process - as a result%2C we don't currently support individuals without a license signing up for a connected account.

this is very important for us, as for a year now, our app is ready, but we cant move on more

there is also a company which is active in UAE and uses stripe, that they can payout individuals
its clled mamopay
maybe we can get an exception so that we cna use this feature in app, that stripe support allows us to use it

Yeah, I would recommend reaching out to our support team. They will know if they can enable you for that and may have other ideas for what you can do if you cannot use individuals specifically https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Unfortunately my colleagues didn't find much more on this but support should be more familiar with what your options are here
