My team is not aware of any ongoing issues with PAD
Can you provide more context on what you're seeing?
Yes ofc, we've had many reports of users unable to proceed with the PAD flow. They tried with different banks and always end up on this site
Do you have any example PaymentIntent IDs I can look at?
Also, I can see on the Stripe reports that there is a problem:

I'm not sure this will be helpful though because I'm almost certain that it's incomplete because the user's payment flow could not finish
Also, I found this thread on the dev help channel https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1116124362119073894 and it seems someone else has the problem
And from the information I can gather, it might not be a Stripe problem but I was wondering if you had any info of a bug that could affect bank institutions and this payment method (checking the stats for PAD payments in canada in the past few days could give this kind of indication)
Yeah I looked but not finding much on our end. I'd recommend talking to our support as they might have more information on what's going on here
