I think in testmode it's always a placeholder.

in livemode what should happen is the value for your public business name on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/public is passed to Klarna when we onboard you with them and that's used.

Thanks for your response. If I understand correctly, we already completed integration into Stripe and have since started receiving payments via Stripe. But the company name still appears as "Example GmbH" which is a placeholder. We are currently in a live mode.

What can we do to change thsi?

I'd suggest writing to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true for help so they can look into how your account is configured. Please share some screenshots/example payment IDs with them!
