Can you share the PaymentIntent ID (pi_xxx)?

I have created a test account for our association and am doing some tests about integration with our current website.
We are currently using Ultimate Membership Pro (=UMP) for Membership/Subscription.

My payments done via UMP are all incomplete due to "PaymentIntent status:
requires_payment_method" (see screenshot).

What could be the reason for this error?

Can you share the PaymentIntent ID (pi_xxx)?

We are currently using Ultimate Membership Pro (=UMP) for Membership/Subscription.
Then you probably need to reach out to "Ultimate Membership Pro" for support.
