Hi there!

#

Can you clarify which procedure you followed exactly? Like can you share a documentation link maybe?

#

Hi

#

OK

alpine vale
#

Did you follow all the steps mentioned on the Stripe dashboard?

zinc chasm
#

Yes, it is the file that comes from there that is refused

alpine vale
#

Got it. Did you try to reuse the same Certificate Signing Request with multiple Apple merchant ids?

zinc chasm
#

no, it's the first time I try this and I only have 1 merchant id

#

I used this button and the answered that I do not want to use it in China and come to the upload certificate screen. When I upload the stripe.certSigningRequest file I received the error

#

I used this button and then answered that I do not want to use it in China and come to the upload certificate screen.
sorry...

OK, I try it

#

Same error

#

The process was the same.

Do you confirm that I have to click on the button "create certificate" to obtain an Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate and not an Apple Pay Merchant Identity Certificate?

#

like here

#

It's this one : acct_1MbfBHF5SeCFLsdc

#

Does it matter if I create the certificate in test mode or in production mode in Stripe?

@zinc chasm when creating the cert in Apple at some point there's an option about "only process in China". You must have selected that, and you can't(if you do, a lower-security key is used)

#

so to fix you would go back into your Apple Developer account and create a new processing certificate and don't pick that option

zinc chasm
#

OK, I checked no because I will not...

#

So you confirm that, even if I don't make business with China, I must answer that I will...?

simple lantern
#

no, you select "no" when it asks you

#

the question is like "will you only process in China" and the answer is no

zinc chasm
#

OK, it works !

#

Many thanks !
