What do you call "available soon"? I'm not sure I follow what that could mean or relate to

If you use Cross-Border Payouts then there's an extra delay to funds being available in the balance though so maybe that's what you meant

If you are a US platform using CBP and creating manual Transfers to connected accounts outside of the US, there's an extra business day of delay for funds availability
