๐ happy to help
Do you need me to provide any additional information?
would you mind sharing the link to your website and the account ID that you're using (both yours and the connected account)
Sure - give me a few mins
Website(s):
https://testchildlife.gathercampaigns.com
https://childlife.gathercampaigns.com
Our Account: acct_1Kb09xFJkLhoBkC7
Connected Acc.: acct_1LG0qqG46OXUQeN1
the two pages are not loading
By not loading do you mean you cannot see the payment page or a 404?
I will send you an updated URL for the test site which shows the Payment page
2 mins
This is actually the live one .. just so you are aware
I will try and get a test one shortly
are you using Direct or Destination Charges
... I don't know the answer to that. My colleague mainly uses the Stripe dashboard and was key to setting up the accounts. I will have to ask them.
Is there an easy way to find out?
I do have access to the dashboard
if you can share a request ID of a certain payment

Quote from my colleague:
"We are taking payments on behalf of anther stripe account. 100% of the payment taken goes directly to their (connected) account. Nothing goes in to our account."
Sure
I think this was a payment:
req_dbDhSVEmbqkBJV
May have been for a different connected account though ... but all connected accounts are setup in the same manner.
I'll try and get a ChildLife specific one
sure
these are Direct Charges
I am unfamiliar with "Direct or Destination Charges"
in the case of a Direct Charge you need to register the Apple Domain on each Connected Account separately
Thank you but why do I need to split the charge just for Apple? If I have understood correctly
For "in the case of a Direct Charge you need to register the Apple Domain on each Connected Account separately" - I will do that, thank you
Thank you but why do I need to split the charge just for Apple? If I have understood correctly
not sure what you mean by that. You don't split anything with Apple
Apple has a requirement that merchants using their Apple Pay solution register a domain with them , when using Connect with Direct Charges, the merchant is your connected account, so as the controlling platform you need to make the registration for them by making the API call described in https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button?client=html#html-js-using-with-connect .
Many thanks - I will review what you have sent me. ๐
