I use sites like fauxid.com sometimes when I need to test something here. But generally the idea is you simply use the real bank account information of your company. As you do activity in test mode, it generates test mode payouts you can interact with in the API/dashboard, and then seamlessly you start getting live payouts when you start using live mode keys later
