That's expected because every Invoice will have 1 hour in Draft mode before it's beving auto finalized

Normally Subscription 1st Invoice will be finalized immediately, 2nd Invoices onward will have 1 hour, but there is exception for Subscription which is created by Subscription Schedule while the 1st Invoice also has that 1 hour.
