Promotion codes: Let your customer enter promotion codes on your customer portal instance when upgrading their plan.
Do you also allow subscription update and specify the prices that customer can update to?

Can you share your account ID? You can find your account ID by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

If my subscription update, you mean the "Customers can switch plans" field under the Subscriptions tab and the plans they can switch to in the Customer portal configuration, then yes, it is allowed

Where do you expect to see the promotion code? Customer will only be see the promotion code section after clicking Update plan > Select the new plan and click Continue > Promotion option will only appear at confimation of updating the subscription page

I am expecting them to see it on a new subscription for a new customer (not registered in my stripe dashboard yet) Is this feature available?

Customer portal only works on existing customer

My apologies, I got it confused. New customers will be looking at the checkout page instead of the customer portal. I have resolved the issue, thank you so much for your help
