You can freely change between Live and Test mode and all the objects will stay. However, it's best to create new accounts in Live mode.

Yes. Test mode is only there for testing purposes, you shouldn't onboard real clients through Test mode.

no, they are purely test mode only, you'd create completely different acct_xxxs accounts for livemode and have the user onboard to those.
