I can't find the payout statement descriptor in the Dashboard as well. This channel is for developers and technical integration question that I'm afraid I don't have necessary expertise with payout and Dashboard. I'd recommend reaching to Stripe https://support.stripe.com/contact with the payout ID, so that they can check if the statement descriptor can be found anywhere in the Dashboard
