I'm still trying to find the answer to the first question.

But for the second I think you would need to visit the Dashboard (or Docs)

Stripe generates the file based on your account so we need you to be authenticated to create the right one

As for the expiration date, I am not finding any information on that.

Other than a reference to Apple providing a date of Sept 24, 2019

but that would have already passed so if you are registered currently that shouldn't affect you
