About payouts for our platform account

I Need to make sure that our own account have sufficient balance on 3rd of every month so that when our CRON runs we can pay money to our agent's connected account.

Gotcha, then using manual payouts on your platform is going to be the way to go here.

So is there a setting in stripe dashboard to achieve this? like we can specify on which date stripe transfer money to our bank account, instead sending it on daily basis.

You would change the payout schedule to manual in your Dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payouts and then you control when you create the Payout either via the API or the Dashboard.

Alternatively you can flip your Automatic schedule from Daily to Weekly or Monthly via that same Dashboard Settings page
