depends overall what features you're using. For example, if you use Apple Pay, you'd have to register the new domain for that to work on the new page.

because on dev envoirement everything worked fine, and now we changed domain. And nothing happens

empty everywhere, I'm using pre-built Prestashop module
then you should reach out to support for that module since you're not a developer building your own Stripe integration
so basically if nothing shows up on Stripe dashboard logs it means no requests from website was made correct?
I can't say, it could be that or it could be something else
