hello! I'm not entirely sure i understand the question - you can simply key in the email address, and if the email address has been registered before, it should automatically detect that. You can try testing it out

I tried it out, and the UI doesn't have any change. For example, I enter "asdf@gmail.co", and when i click out of the field, it suggests I change it to @gmail.com, which I click and it fixes the email address. But there is no Link UI showing anywhere after that.

If I do it with this page: https://link-in-elements.glitch.me/checkout/

When I click out of the email field, it shows a Link UI with the text: "Save your info for secure 1-click checkout with Link" and a checkbox and a place for me to enter my phone number.... But I don't get that part on my custom page.

sorry, took me a while to get back to you. Did you try registering your phone number, then later trying again?

No worries, I'm having dinner anyways. It's only asking for email, there is no phone number input.

If you want to see my implementation, I have it available via ngrok...
