I want to understand what could be creating this issue when creating a new payment intent for Canada PADs
That usually mean that specific bank/institution is experiencing an issue right now

Not really. I would recommend collecting detailed information from those customers (exact bank, when they tried, etc.) and then you can report this to our support team and they can help you figure it out https://support.stripe.com/contact

All I need is details to see if it's an issue with the bank or our implementation (it works for other banks tho)
you typed 123 in that box, is this all Test mode? I'm confused on the context
User opens stripe intent UI to add a bank account
User searches for bank
User enter banks details
In a sucessful world they would get their credentials identified and the payment intent created
For this bank we always get "institution experiencing technical issues"
i don't have live details for canadian accounts, but I tried entering 123 for another bank in the list and got a "bad login and password" instead
