@honest helm we always have to collect real information from the recipients of those funds. There are real regulations all over the world around money movement and KYC/AML rules so you can't really work around it.
Having each freelancer create an account is the best option
yes, we do want them to create their own accounts. However, currently they are being asked to enter in their company details and vat or tax. However, these are freelancers. It is the same way airbnb hosts work and can get paid out to their bank accounts or etc
here is the image of the onboarding screen. However, they are not business. They are individuals.
Are you properly onboarding them as individual?
yes we are
we are going to pay out to our service providers like yoginis and so on, and they are individuals, thus, they dont have any business name and so on
Im sorry I'm struggling to understand the problem
but you can pre-fill a lot of this via the API before redirecting them so you can set a lot of information about them or a URL for their freelancer profile on their website, etc.
I'd recommend reaching out to our support team to discuss your current business model, the countries you're operating in, etc. And they can guide you better on how to pre-fill the right set of information
We have already done that. We were planning on going live in the next two weeks but this is not likely before we resolve this issue.
