looks like there are multiple, but this is by the customer today, so only the june 7th ones are relevant.

I actually just got word that they tried to link it on june 5, my apologies. so that date is relevant as well.

It looks like that setup intent never actually got confirmed - you can't actually manually verify/link a bank account until the setup intent get's confirmed and the bank account details have been colleclted

So we're waiting to see it as confirmed? Can you verify that its in the process of being verified?

It's not in the process of being verified at all - the expectation would be that in your UI, they'd provide their bank account details manually and then your integration would confirm the SetupIntent. This would transition the SetupIntent into requires_action and wait for verification
