Hey Karbi! I know this isn't what this server is for, but I'm in a tough spot and I'm hoping if I explain what's going on maybe you could provide some assistance
Stripe is holding some of our funds in reserve and it's really making things tight financially. They claim it's to handle 'disputes' but our account has no history of excessive disputes (1 for $16 ever)
And they're withholding thousands of dollars from us
I can't get anyone to actually talk to me on the phone
I called support, which forwarded me to someone I've been emailing with
But he has stopped responding after saying there is nothing he can do
It's a 120-day hold on our funds, which seems crazy
Is there any way you could connect me with someone who will talk to me?
I can try and flag your ticket internally to try and get more eyes on it - do you have an account ID I can find on my end?

When did Stripe start withholding funds from accounts? And do you know what criteria they use to determine if they will withhold funds?
