Hello, our support team actually would be the one to work with to resolve card testing issues on our account. I am sorry that you have not been having a good experience with them but continuing to push there should be able to get you lined up with the right team.
On this server we can mostly advise on things like protection measures on card testing. I can also help if you are asking how to list $1 payments in the API or something but unfortunately my ability to help here may be limited when we are talking about actual transactions that have already happened. Hi thank you. I will go through this support channel for the 4th time. Wish me luck. I'm half tempted to delete my entire stripe account and start over with all my customers. I hope they can solve it.
