If you don't set the country in your params, the user should be able to choose on the page I believe

I tried without country but same happen when i on board from my application its only show united state

Do you have the ID of the request from just before that for when you created the account itself?
I can find it but it might be easier for you if you are already on the dashboard

Found it, it actually looks like Canada was provided when creating that account https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_jQFWqKhsh29PFv
Also when you specify capabilities in your creation request that will lock the account country down
If you remove those, the country will be selectable by your users
