Apologies for posting the same question a third time.
Are you connected to a third-party platform? If so, they might have a connect type webhook on platform level to listen to events
The question can be summarised to: is there any way a webhook doesn't show up on the Developers -> Webhook page? For example if it's a 3rd party integratio with Stripe like ClickFunnel.

Oh, is that so? Curious if something about Connect Webhooks is mentioned in the Stripe documentation. Also, can we not see it at all?
Connect webhook is created on the platform level which in your case is ClickFunnel. Since the object is owned by the Platform, it won't be shown on the connected account (your account)

the Stripe is working fine for 2 user roles in the same website, however for other 2 user roles it is not working and showing this error

Only ClickFunnel platform account can see the connect webhook since it belongs to them.
Are you managing the clickfunnel account?
No, I am not. I am worried if somehow the business team loses access to it, would the ClickFunnel webhook keep giving errors. If atleast the Administrators can see the Webhook they can atleast delete it.
So will the Administrator account also not see that connected platform webhook?
They can't delete it from your account, you'd need to disconnect from the ClickFunnel platform to stop sending them webhook events
