I am not sure if it's possible to check the payout fees programmatically. However, you can check the pricing configuration for your account with Stripe Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

I know all those payout fees get bundled into a monthly Connect fee to the Platform.

so you are telling me that the payout Stripe fee for each Connected Account will be billed to our platform account monthly, grouped with the fixed fee for active Connect Accounts (2€/month/account) ?
