that's just how it works as far as I know, I don't think there are settings to control it
ok, but we will need to create those email addresses so that people can reply to them... so which ones do we need to create? surely this is documented somewhere?

no it wont... those emails are coming from our own custom domain
because we set up our custom domain
but clearly it does work since you said you are recieving those emails ,right?
the emails go out to our customers, yes. But if they reply to it, their replies wont get to us...
the replies should be routed to the Support Email you set on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/public
