Um the "Add to allow list" only display for Radar blocked transaction. Here this transaction is blocked by Stripe and you may not be able to allow it
ie. we might detect this is a bad card used by different customer on different merchant, and we block it globally
No. When Stripe block a transaction you can't allow it by your own
I see then what can be done?
You need to ask the customer to use another card.
