With Separate Charges and Transfers, your system will transfer the funds to connected account (in your example: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_6lRuG6ScOyi83z).

There is no fee associated to the transfer request. Stripe fee will be deducted from the original payment charged from customer, but not on transfer
