Having multiple payment intents created is fine from Stripe perspective. However, your system should ensure that the customer doesn't make duplicate payments in one order

Can you share the Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx) that remains in pending?

Now it's successful, but usually, that testing IBAN should be successful in less than a minute, and, in this case, it took 30min

Thanks for sharing! It looks like the testing IBAN takes longer to transit into succeeded in test mode
