Hi there!
I did. No luck.
For some reason, I don't see this option:
"Click the overflow menu () to the right of the payment, then select Cancel payment."

Sorry for the delay! If the only option is to refund the payment, it's likely because the PaymentIntent for that payment is not in the requires_capture state
