Hey @fair heart ! A PaymentLink is a way to configure accepting a given payment from any of your customers. Every time someone clicks on your PaymentLink's URL, it will send them to Checkout where they can pay for your service. After the payment a checkout.session.completed Event will be sent.
There will also be a charge.succeeded if a payment happens
