The APIs are all covered in that page in details. But it depends on the type of connected accounts you are using. Are you on Standard, Express or Custom?

I already implement whole flow and I am using external bank account api for payout, in my current implementation landlord filling manually their bank account details but I want they can add bank account using Stripe connect.
