Can you share the invoice id where this is happening?
I am not creating invoice. This is for payment
payment id: pm_1NFxbrB3fCmpKD8WUCZZr5Ky
That's a payment method id
Not a payment id
Would need the payment intent or charge id then
this is payment id: b4b097a1-f1d2-4c23-9aea-d2a7d9616c0b
and this is charge ch_3NFxbdB3fCmpKD8W1uLii2q1
Yeah it's not expected that tax breakdown would show on that charge
There's nothing tying the charge to tax
You manually calcualted the tax on that
yes, but I created a taxTransaction using the paymentReference
How else can I assign tax to it?
Unfortunately I think it's currently expected that manually calcualted tax rates won't show up on the charge's receipt
Let me confirm with a colleague though
Still waiting. Seems like this may be possible, but waiting to hear back
I'll let you know
ok
ok
Is it possible to show shipping details in the receipt?
No, receipts don't contain shipping information afaik.
There's not much you can customize with the receipts
https://stripe.com/docs/receipts#customizing-receipts
If you need granular control, you can listen to webhook events and build your own receipts
We've asked the team that handles receipts but haven't received a response yet.
So still waiting..
ok
Looks like it is going to take a bit more for the team to look at this internally.
I'd recommend writing into our support team via
